A boat will take you to Great Bird Island, where you can snorkel in clear waters and see tropical fish dart amongst vivid corals. Then, hike the hill trail for views of the nearby islands, and see exotic, red-billed tropicbirds, brown pelicans, West Indian whistling ducks and the magnificent frigate bird. Back at the beach, enjoy a delicious lunch of barbecued chicken, pasta, salad and banana bread, whilst the soft drinks and rum punch flow.
